Start with a general area
Share only a general area, neighborhood, city, or ZIP at first. Do not share an exact home address. Villa Flor can discuss service range before any more specific location detail is needed.
Share care details in stages
Temperament, routines, comfort cues, general timing, and the kind of care being considered are enough for a first conversation. More sensitive details belong in a later, appropriate step only if they are relevant and care moves forward.
Keep the first note simple
Avoid access instructions, alarm information, payment details, identity documents, detailed medical records, and travel plans. If a detail is not needed to understand fit, leave it out.
When you send a website message
The contact form uses Formspree to process your name, email address, message, and any optional phone number or care interest you provide. Formspree sends the inquiry to Villa Flor’s business email and keeps a submission record in our Formspree account. Villa Flor uses your inquiry to respond and discuss your care request, not to enroll you in marketing.
Formspree also processes technical request information for delivery and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its processing practices. This website does not save your draft in browser storage or send it before you choose Send message. No file attachments are collected through this form.
