Villa Flor primarily serves Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and selected Charlotte-area neighborhoods. Requests from Tega Cay, York, Lancaster, and nearby communities may be considered by consultation, depending on the service, timing, and travel. Private home boarding may be considered for families from a broader area because the care takes place at Villa Flor.
